Check
out the foal 2010 page for photos of our new arrivals.
Foaling season is progressing well with
4 foals so far. It looks like a boy year with 3 colts and 1 filly so far. All the babies to date are for sale. We have been
very impressed with the foals so far and Owendale Jordan has done an exceptional job to date.
Show season also
kicked off recently with Sienna Journeey (aka Beans) attending his first show. Beans is a 4 year old 12.2hh Part Welsh/Arabian
Pony gelding that we have grown out. Our faith in this little guy was well rewarded with his results on the day. He finished
the day with Supreme Open Saddle Horse/Pony and Champion Open Led Exhibit. So much for his 'novice' status.
We also took Fontain Park Amber (welsh B) for the Native pony classes. She continued her success from last season winning
her Native pony qualifier and been declared Champion Ridden Native Pony mare/gelding. I have put some photos below of Fontain
Park Amber taken in January at the APSB Stud show and photos of Beans will follow soon.
August
2010
We have decided to sell a couple of our breeding stock. I have a purebred Arabian mare and APSB
mare available for purchase. See the broodmare page for details of those offered for sale.
Recent sales see's
Sienna War Crimes heading to NSW to join several of Warr of the Worlds progeny with a successful endurance competitor. Sienna
Tailwind has also been sold to a successful show home in Victoria.
Congratulations to connections of Warr
of the Roses on a successful completion of the 2010 Quilty Gold Cup. Warr of the Roses is a full brother to
Warr of the Worlds.
2010 will also be a very exciting foaling year with several new mares foaling this
year. Sienna Ericca is having her first foal and is in foal to Australian National Champion ConchertoFF. Expressions of interest
are invited in any of this years foals.
